Ingredients to make Cheesy Paneer Corn Croquettes

  • Amul Cheese cube 2 (grated)
  • paneer 250 gm
  • Boiled potato 4 (grated)
  • Frozen corn 4 tbsp
  • red chilli flakes 1.5 tsp
  • Green chilli 2 (chopped)
  • capsicum 2 tbsp
  • coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • Roasted jeera powder 1 tsp (optional)
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Batter ingredients
  • cornflour 2 tbsp
  • maida 2 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • water 4 tbsp
  • Coating ingredients
  • Brown bread slice 5
  • Oats 1/2 cup
  • red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
  • maida 1 tbsp
  • White Sesame seed 2 tbsp (optional )

How to make Cheesy Paneer Corn Croquettes

  1. Mix all ingredients of the cutlets and make long oval shaped balls
  2. Mix cornflour ,maida ,salt and water .Adjust water so the spoon should be thinly coated when dipped inside
  3. Blend oats and bread in a mixer. .
  4. Add red chilli powder
  5. Dip the cutlet in maida batter and then roll on breadcrumbs
  6. You can add sesame seeds too in the bread crumbs
  7. Keep in fridge for half an hour and then deep fry it
  8. Serve with spicy chutney or mayonnaise

My Tip:

I always use brown bread or multigrain bread for crumb coating You can easily make it 2-3 days before and serve to your guest
