Ingredients to make Doughnuts

  • 3 cups refined flour
  • oil for frying/ Air Fryer
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup warm milk
  • 2 teaspoons dry yeast
  • Chocolate sauce/Ganache
  • sugar sprinkles

How to make Doughnuts

  1. Soak yeast and sugar in warm milk
  2. Once yeast has bubbles all over it. Pour it in refined flour, add salt and make a smooth dough
  3. Now cover the dough and let it rise for 45 to 50 mins.
  4. Now punch all the air out of dough and roll the dough and cut with doughnut cutter.
  5. Deep fry until golden brown
  6. Remove from oil and pour chocolate sauce and sprinkles all over the doughnut. Serve warm

My Tip:

Knead well for a smooth dough.
