Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Fresh drumsticks leaves 2 cups cleaned
  2. 2 tbsp grated coconut
  3. 1 tbsp oil
  4. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  5. 2 Red chilles
  6. 2/4 tsp mustard seeds
  7. 1/2 tsp udad dal
  8. curry leaves
  9. Asfoetida a pinch
  10. 1/4 tsp jaggery
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take a pan add oil put the seasoning one by one
  2. Add the drumstick leaves,add turmeric and salt
  3. Once done add ,jaggery and coconut
  4. Fry for some more time.
  5. Don't cover .cook till done.
  6. Serve with rice or roti. It can also be eaten like a salad.
