ABOUT Paneer Wrap Served with Green Chutney RECIPE

Its basically paneer cubes cooked in sauted onions and tomato with simple spices and wrapped in maida parantha that is called wrap

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Paneer 150 grams
  2. onions 2-3 finely sliced
  3. tomato 1 grated
  4. chopped green chilly
  5. Oil as per your requirement
  6. red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  7. salt to taste
  8. gram masala 1/4 tsp
  9. kasoori methi powder 1/2 tsp
  10. For maida parantha - maida 1-1/2 cup warm water , oil 2 tbsp, and salt and baking powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. For stuffing- add oil in pan put onions saute until light pink. Put grated tomato saute for a while. Add green chillies put dry spices one by one. Keep this mixture aside for cool to stuff.
  2. Add flour and all ingredients one by one and warm water slowly to make a dough. Let it rest for half an hour.
  3. Make parantha, apply green chutney or tomato sauce and stuff mixture.
  4. Served it with green chutney and sliced onions.
