Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 pieces surmai fish microwave this with little water for 3 to 4 minutes keep aside to cool
  2. 2 finely chopped green chilli
  3. 2 tbsp potato powder
  4. 1 egg
  5. 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  6. 1/2 tbsp chilli powder
  7. 1 tbsp fine chopped coriander leaves
  8. 1/2 onion finely chopped
  9. 1 tbsp oil
  10. 1/4 tsp turmeric
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 1 tsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Take parboiled fish when it is cold shred the fish. Add egg, finely chopped green chilli , chilli powde,r onion, oil, turmeric, salt, coriander leaves, Garam masala and potato powder. Mix well keep this in the fridge for 20 minutes
  2. Heat the pan and add oil. Take fish kebab mixture make tikka and shallow fry the fish tikka or 4 to 5 minutes on a low flame or until golden brown in colour
  3. Yummy fish kebab is ready to serve with sliced onions and lime wedges or serve with ketchup.
