    Ingredients to make Bread Coins

    • Bread slices 5
    • Rawa 4tbsp
    • curd 1 1/2 tbsp
    • onion 1/2 ,chopped
    • tomato 1/2 without seeds chopped
    • green chillies 1chopped
    • Garam masala a pinch (optional)
    • coriander leaves 2 tbsp chopped
    • maida and some water, to make a thick paste.
    • salt
    • oil for frying

    How to make Bread Coins

    1. Cut bread slices into round shapes.
    2. Mix all other ingredients except,oil. Mix well. Spread the topping on top of each bread.
    3. Make a paste with maida & water. Apply maida batter on top of each bread, just to cover the topping. Heat oil, flip bread slices & carefully put in oil so that the topping side cooks first .
    4. If you first fry the other side, bread will absorb a lot of oil.
    5. Take it out from oil & place on a plate. Heat another pan, put the bread pieces, just to toast it. If you want you can add some ghee.
    6. Serve hot with some tomato or chilli sauce.

    My Tip:

    Instead of rawa, we can use, boiled potatoes. add some chilli flakes if you want it spicy.
