  • Bread-1packet
  • Shredded chicken-1bowl
  • salt to taste
  • pepper powder-1tsp
  • capsicum finely chopped-1
  • onion finely chopped-1
  • potato boiled and mashed-4
  • coriander leaves-1fist
  • soya sauce-1tsp
  • maida batter-1cup
  • red chilly flakes -1bowl
  • oil for frying
  • ginger garlic paste-1tsp

How to make Gold coins

  1. Take bread, cut into round shape and set aside, in a bowl add mashed potato, salt, capsicum, onion, pepper powder, soy sauce,shredded chicken, ginger- garlic paste, coriander leaves and mix well apply this mixture on bread.
  2. Seal the mixture with maida batter sprinkle red chilly flakes and deep fry the coins till brown serve hot with ketchup

My Tip:

Fry the gold coins till light brown in order to avoid frying more. It tastes good when its golden brown.
