Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 8 bread slices
  2. 1 cup hung curd
  3. one fourth Cup Suji or Rava
  4. one fourth Cup onion finely chopped
  5. 1/4 Cup green bell peppers finelychopped
  6. 1/4 Cup red bell peppers finelychopped
  7. half tablespoon green chillies finely chopped (optional)
  8. salt to taste
  9. one teaspoon black pepper crushed
  10. butter to toast


  1. In a bowl take hung curd and mix Suji.
  2. let it rest for 5 to 7 minutes
  3. In the meantime chop all the vegetables finely.
  4. Cut each bread slice into round shape with the help of a Cookie Cutter .
  5. to the curd and Suji mixture add all vegetables and seasonings.
  6. Mix well.
  7. If the mixture is very soggy you can add more Suji.
  8. Heat a tawa.
  9. apply butter on bread roundel and place it butter side down on tawa.
  10. apply the veggie and curd mixture on top of the bread and gently press it.
  11. when the bread is Golden from bottom flip the gold coin.
  12. cook on medium flame till both the sides are golden.
  13. Serve hot with ketchup
