Corn Seekh Kebab

Ingredients to make Corn Seekh Kebab

  • 1/2 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1/4 cup grated sweet corn
  • 2 tbsp gram flour
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 chopped spring onion
  • 2 chopped green chilli
  • 4 tbsp bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • handful coriander leaves
  • bamboo skewers
  • oil for deep frying

How to make Corn Seekh Kebab

  1. mix all the ingredients and prepare a thick dough
  2. heat oil in pan
  3. make the small roll of dough and give it a cylindrical shape and roll in bread crumbs
  4. insert the bamboo skewers
  5. deep fry till golden red colour
  6. serve it with coriander chutney or any kind of dip

My Tip:

For more crispness add 1 tbsp of bread crumbs in dough.
