Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Pasta - one packet
  2. Red Capsicum-1
  3. Yellow Capsicum-1
  4. Mushroom-5
  5. Butter-5 tbsp
  6. Rock salt-1 tbsp
  7. Degi Mirch-2 tsp
  8. Black Pepper-2 tsp
  9. Salt- as per taste
  10. Oregano mix -1 tsp
  11. Tomato puree- 1/2 cup
  12. Onion and garlic paste- 5 tbsp
  13. Oil-4 tsp
  14. Tomato Sauce

Instructions

  1. Take water in pan and add rock salt and oil boil pasta in it till smooth.
  2. Remove water through chalni and put cold water on it. Put some oil on the boiled pasta.
  3. Take kadai put melted butter hot it put onion garlic paste and saute after 2 minutes add all vegetables. Cook for 2-3 minutes
  4. Add tomato puree add salt,degi mirch and black pepper saute 3-4 minutes on slow heat.
  5. Add some tomato sauce and boiled pasta. Mix it well and put Oregano mix on it. Cover for 2- 3 minutes for the flavours to blend
  6. Serve
