Deep fried Mushrooms

Ingredients to make Deep fried Mushrooms

  • mushrooms 8 to 10
  • all purpose flour 3/4 cup
  • Corn flour 1/4 cup
  • ginger grated 1 tbsp
  • garlic crushed 1 tbsp
  • lemon juice 1 lemon
  • chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
  • pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Basil and parsley (dried) 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil for deep frying

How to make Deep fried Mushrooms

  1. Marinate mushrooms with salt, pepper and lemon juice for half an hour.
  2. Squeeze out the liquid gently and let it dry a while.
  3. Prepare batter of maida and corn flour. Add masala.
  4. Heat oil and deep fry the mushrooms a little. After taking out from oil dip in batter and fry again.
  5. Enjoy as a starter with soup of your choice.
