Ingredients to make Chicken papad samosa.

  • Papad 16 small ones
  • Shredded chicken 1 cup
  • onion 1, chopped
  • green chillies 2
  • ginger Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric and salt
  • Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  • coriander leaves
  • maida & water (to make paste)

How to make Chicken papad samosa.

  1. Cook boneless chicken pieces, debone and cut into small pieces.
  2. To prepare the filling take 1 tbsp oil in a pan ,add ginger-garlic paste and fry. Then add chopped onion & green chillies. Fry well .
  3. After that add chicken pieces along with all masalas , salt & coriander leaves. Cook for 2-3 mins. Remove.
  4. Now make covering with papad. Take 2 papad and cut in cone shape. One should be a little big, other a little smaller in size. Apply maida paste to the edges and make samosa covering .Put one tbsp of filling inside each covering, close well from all sides with paste. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry them. Serve hot.

My Tip:

Vegetarians can avoid chicken & add 1 cup mixed veg. Fry only at the time of serving. Add very little salt as some papad will be salty. If you get big thin papads,it is better. You can make two samosas with one large papad.
