Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For the stuffing
  2. 500 grams chicken keema
  3. 5 onions chopped finely
  4. 15 cloves garlic chopped finely
  5. 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  6. 5 green chillies chopped finely
  7. 1 bunch dhania patta chopped finely
  8. 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  9. 2 tablespoons chicken masala
  10. 1/2 teaspoon haldi powder
  11. 1 tablespoon vinegar
  12. 1 teaspoon salt
  13. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  14. 1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
  15. 4 tablespoons of oil
  16. For the Dough
  17. 1 1/2 cup maida
  18. 2 tablespoons of oil
  19. 1 teaspoon salt
  20. Water as required
  21. Oil for Deep frying


  1. Mix all the ingredients (except oil )for stuffing. Mix well and keep aside for sometime.
  2. Heat oil in a wok and put the chicken stuffing mixture , and cook till done and dry.
  3. Remove from fire and cool.
  4. Make the dough , cover and keep for 10 minutes.
  5. Make small balls from the dough and roll out into rounds.
  6. Cut the rounds from the middle , to make two semi circles.
  7. Make a cone from each semi circle and fill with a tablespoon of the keema stuffing.
  8. Seal the edges of the cone to form samosas.
  9. Make all and keep aside.
  10. Heat oil in a deep fry pan and fry the samosas in medium heat until golden and crisp.
  11. Serve with hot and sweet sauce and salad of your choice.
