Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bread Slices 6-8 (any of your choice)
  2. Butter - 2 Tablespoon at room temperature
  3. Garlic - 4-5 Cloves, finely chopped
  4. Coriander leaves - finely chopped
  5. Black Pepper powder - a pinch
  6. Salt - as per taste
  7. Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
  8. Lemon zest - 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Take butter and mix finely chopped garlic, salt, coriander leaves , black pepper powder, salt , lemon juice and lemon zest.
  2. Toast the bread on tawa, then apply gremolata butter and toast it to make it crisp, Serve hot with tomato sauce .
