Ingredients to make Bread canapés

  • 4 white bread slices
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 cup boiled green peas
  • 1/4 th cup red and yellow capsicums cut into small pieces
  • few walnuts and kishmish
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 or 2 mushrooms finely chopped
  • Few pieces of paneer and coriander leaves for garnishing
  • oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp chat masala
  • green chutney and tomato ketchup

How to make Bread canapés

  1. Take a wok and put some butter and add garlic
  2. Add finely chopped onions and capsicums, cook for few minutes
  3. Add mushrooms and boiled potatoes, boiled green peas, walnuts (crushed),and kishmish
  4. Cook for few minutes in medium flame
  5. Add salt , pepper and chat masala .filling is ready, keep it aside to cool
  6. Take a bread and sprinkle some water over it
  7. Put the ready mixture in the middle and give it a desired shape
  8. Heat the oil and deep fry it one by one
  9. For serving - Take a serving plate and cut the bread rolls from centre
  10. Garnish it with paneer cubes and coriander leaves
  11. Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup

My Tip:

We can keep the ready bread rolls in fridge for some time to make it more crispy before frying
