Ingredients to make Sabji Tawa Masala

  • Ingredients for Gravy -
  • oil 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 4-5
  • ginger 1/2 cm Chopped
  • tomato chopped 5
  • Poppyseed 1 tbsp
  • cinnamon 1/2 cm.
  • clove 4-5
  • Black pepper 6-7
  • bay leaves 2
  • cardamom 3-4
  • Cream1 cup
  • curd 1/2 cup
  • butter 1 tbsp
  • Green fenugreek powder 1tsp
  • Sugar cardamom powder a pinch
  • lemon juice 3-4drops
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chilly powder 1 or 1 1/2 tsp
  • cumin coriander powder 1tsp
  • kitchen king masala 1tsp
  • vegetables -
  • potatoes slices from 2 potatoes
  • Brinjal slices from 5 Brinjals
  • Carrot slices from 2 carrots
  • cauliflower chopped 1 cup
  • coriander leaves 1tbsp
  • oil for frying
  • Chat masala powder -1tsp

How to make Sabji Tawa Masala

  1. Take a pan, heat oil and fry all veggies. Sprinkle chat masala on it.
  2. Arrange the vegetables in Tawa.
  3. For gravy -
  4. Take oil in pan. Heat the pan.
  5. Add green chilly, Ginger, onion ,garlic and saute it
  6. Add tomatoes and saute it.
  7. Add all spices and cook it for two minutes .
  8. Now add this mix into mixture and blend it. Add poppy seeds
  9. Again take little oil in a pan and add this gravy to it. Saute it. Cook till it leaves oil from the sides
  10. Add cream and curd and saute it till it leaves the oil from sides of the pan.
  11. Add butter
  12. Add sugar cardamom powder and lemon juice and mix it.
  13. Add coriander powder and mix it.
  14. Gravy is ready. Now add this gravy in to Tawa .
  15. Serve
