About Tawa sabji Recipe

Meal for all thats what my calls it. We have joint family so of course vegetables choices varies from person to person and times its diffcult to cook different vegetables for all. So mom came up with this tawa sabji all choices in one dish. Tastes yummy and simple to make ans best thing can make whole family happy with one dish.

Tawa sabji

Ingredients to make Tawa sabji

  • bhindi 10 to 15 pcs
  • Small baigan 5 to 6 pcs
  • Baby potatoes 5 to 6 pcs
  • Panner 1 cup
  • Karela 2 to 3 pcs
  • Kand 1/2 cup
  • Sweet potato 1/2 cup
  • Chopped oniones 1 cup
  • Chopped tomatoes 1 cup
  • tomato puree 1 /2 cup
  • Finely chooped adrak mirchi 2 to 3 table spoon
  • Lasun chopped 1 table spoon
  • Rosted and crushed ( whole dhana,jeera, sauf, black pepper) 1 table spoon
  • Garam masala 1 table spoon
  • red chilly powder as per taste
  • haldi 1 to 2 teaspoon
  • Chaat masala 1 table spoon
  • salt as per taste
  • Tawa masala 1 to 2 table spoon
  • oil
  • coriander

How to make Tawa sabji

  1. Eash all the vegetables and slit and deep fry one by one.
  2. Once fried sprinkle chaat masala over it and littl salt.
  3. In one pan add oil, crushed rosted powder, lausn, green chilly and adrak, onion and once thy r done add on tomatoes and cook for 2 ton3 mins.
  4. Now add in tomato puree, salt, garam masala, chilly powder,tawa masala,and coriander and cook for 5 to 10 mins.
  5. Now arrange all the fried vegetables around the gravy and serve as required.

My Tip:

Qty of vegetables is up to you and even choice of vegetables is to you.
