Mashed sabji made up with all left over sabjis

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Any left over sabji...2 bowls
  2. Amchoor powder...1/2 tea spoon
  3. Tomatoes...2
  4. Salt and green chillies to taste
  5. Butter to taste

Instructions

  1. Put everything except amchoor powder in a cooker with 1 table spoon wAter and give 2 whistle cooking
  2. Mash it with a ladle and mix anchor powder.
  3. Tasty mashed sabji is ready
  4. Enjoy with dollop of butter, if so desired
