Dry methi ki sabji is very easy to prepare with few ingredients and very healthy for diabetes

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 tbsp oil
  2. 1/2 mustard seeds
  3. 1/2 cumin
  4. asafoetida- pinch of
  5. 2 medium chopped onion
  6. 1 tsp chopped green chilies
  7. 1/2 cup boiled dry methi leaves
  8. salt as required 1/2 tsp turmeric
  9. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  10. 1 tbsp sabji masala
  11. 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  12. 1 tbsp fresh coriander
  13. 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan add mustard seeds and cumin seeds stir it
  2. Add asafoetida and chopped onion and cook light brown
  3. Add boiled methi and sauté for few minutes
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and dry masala and cook 2 minutes
  5. At last add fresh coriander and lemon juice
