Ingredients to make Methi Chicken Fry

  • chicken -10-15pieces
  • Dry methi or kasuri methi -1tbsp
  • red chilly powder -1tbsp
  • salt as per taste
  • coriander powder -1/2tsp
  • turmeric powder -a pinch
  • Garam masala powder -1/2tsp
  • lemon juice -1
  • butter-1packet
  • Chaat masala powder -1tbsp
  • Tandoori masala powder -1tbsp

How to make Methi Chicken Fry

  1. Clean and cut the chicken make gashes on it. Add all ingredients and mix well and set aside for marination for 15 minutes.
