Sabji parantha is a quick make over of left over any sabji, goes well in tiffins and even for travelling

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour....1 cup
  2. Salt and ajwain to taste
  3. Desi ghee for roasting as required
  4. Left over sabji, mashed...1 cup
  5. Achari masala...1 tea spoon


  1. Mix achary masala in mashed left over sabji
  2. Knead wheat flour, salt and ajwain with milk or water and give 10 minutes rest
  3. Take a ball , keep stuffing in the middle, gather sides and roll it with a rolling pin to a thin parantha
  4. Heat a tawa and roast this parantha with oil or desi ghee
  5. Enjoy with dahi or with chai or as it is
