ABOUT Left over Roti Chidva RECIPE

A very easy and crispy tea snack.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Left over 5/6roti
  2. Oil for frying
  3. Few groundnuts
  4. Few curry leaves
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 tsp chilli powder
  7. Sugar drind (optional)
  8. 1 tsp chat masala
  9. 1 tsp jeera powder
  10. Kalanamak as per taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the left over roti stripes with scissor. Roll it and pin wood tooth picks in it.
  2. Deep fry them in oil on a medium flame.
  3. Deep fry the groundnut as well.
  4. Sprinkle the masala on it and add the sauted curry leaves on top. Enjoy it with tea or coffee!

can you tell me a healthier version, left over Roti's are a very good source of B complex. I would like to make it with out deep frying
