A very easy and crispy tea snack.

Left over Roti Chidva

Ingredients to make Left over Roti Chidva

  • Left over 5/6roti
  • oil for frying
  • Few groundnuts
  • Few curry leaves
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • sugar drind (optional)
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • 1 tsp jeera powder
  • Kalanamak as per taste

How to make Left over Roti Chidva

  1. Cut the left over roti stripes with scissor. Roll it and pin wood tooth picks in it.
  2. Deep fry them in oil on a medium flame.
  3. Deep fry the groundnut as well.
  4. Sprinkle the masala on it and add the sauted curry leaves on top. Enjoy it with tea or coffee!

My Tip:

Take out the fried roti on tissue to absorb the extra oil.
