Vegetable Paratha

Ingredients to make Vegetable Paratha

  • wheat flour 2 cups
  • Boiled potatoes 2 medium
  • Grated carrot 1medium
  • Shredded cabbage 1/2cup
  • Grated ginger 1tsp
  • Chopped onion 1 medium
  • Chopped capsicum 1/2 medium
  • Boiled and mashed peas 1/4 cup
  • Chopped green chillies 2
  • Chopped coriander 2tbsp
  • amchur powder 1tbsp
  • cumin powder 1tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1tsp
  • salt
  • water
  • oil

How to make Vegetable Paratha

  1. Take flour in a bowl. Add all the ingredients except water and oil. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Now add required amount of water. Knead the dough.
  3. Make balls out of the dough. Roll them up to make small sized parathas
  4. Heat oil in pan. Put the rolled parathas untill golden brown from both the sides.
  5. Serve hot

My Tip:

Don't add water in the beginning as vegetables will release water
