Ingredients to make Khasta Namak Paarey

  • all purpose flour 2 cups
  • salt a tsp
  • Carrom seeds or ajwain a tbsp
  • cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1/4 th cup + water 1/4 th cup or as needed to make a smooth dough

How to make Khasta Namak Paarey

  1. Make a smooth dough out of all the ingredients.
  2. Cover and keep aside until the oil gets heated.
  3. Divide the dough into 3 parts and roll each part into a semi thick roti, not too thin nor too thick. Cut them into diamond shapes or square whichever you prefer.
  4. Deep fry them on low to medium flame only.
