Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida 2cups
  2. Ghee 1/2cup
  3. Baking soda1/4tea spoon
  4. Salt1 1/2 tea spoon
  5. Nigella seeds1tea spoon
  6. Oil for frying 500ml
  7. Warm water as required to make asemi hard dough.


  1. Take maida in a latge bowl,mix ghee by hands and continue to mix for 5minutes.
  2. Add salt,baking soda and nigella seeds.
  3. Add warm water alittle and mix
  4. Continue addind water little by little and make a semi hard dough.
  5. Cover by a muslin cloth and leave for 10 minutes.
  6. After 10 minutes mix again the dough by hands and divide dough inti 4equall balls..
  7. Roll each ball into thin chapatis,cut into diamond shaped namak pare.
  8. Heat oil in akadahi ,frynamak pare on medium heat till golden .
  9. Serve with tea and enjoy.
