Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 pack of mushrooms (10-12 mushrooms)
  2. Besan 2 tablespoon
  3. suji 1 tablespoon
  4. Chawal ka atta 1 tablespoon
  5. 1 tablespoon curd
  6. 1/4 tsp Ajwain
  7. salt and red pepper to taste
  8. 1 tsp chat masala
  9. 1 beetroot grated
  10. Tomato ketchup (2tablespoon)
  11. 1/2 boiled potato
  12. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take mushrooms and clean them from inside and remove the inner part slightly for beetroot filling.Put the mushrooms in hot water for 2 minutes and keep them aside .
  2. Make the batter of besan,suji,and chawal ka atta using curd and water
  3. Add salt ,Ajwain and red chilli powder
  4. Mix boiled potato,grated beetroot and chat masala and liitle tomato ketchup
  5. Take 1 mushroom fill the beetroot filling and close it with other mushroom
  6. Place 1 tooth pick in between this mushrooms for easy frying
  7. Prepare all the mushrooms like this
  8. Heat the oil
  9. Dip all the mushrooms in the ready batter and deep fry all one by one
  10. Remove the tooth pick
  11. Serve hot with tomato ketchup
