Sauteed mushrooms

Ingredients to make Sauteed mushrooms

  • mushrooms 250g
  • Mixed Italian spices 1/2 tablespoon
  • butter 20g
  • Chesse 1 cube 20g

How to make Sauteed mushrooms

  1. Heat the wok and melt the butter. Add the cut pieces of mushroom after drying them up with a towel(post-wash).
  2. saute till water oozes out and mushroom becomes little firm. Add mixed spices(salt,oregano,chillies, rosemary,thyme) and continue for a minute.
  3. Serve with grated cheese topping. (The salt in the cheese and ready made spices will be sufficient)Ready to devour!

My Tip:

Wash mushrooms in water with a pinch of turmeric and dry them with a towel. This prevents soggy mushroom.
