Ingredients to make Sauteed Moong

  • 2 cups sprouts
  • 4tsp fried peanuts
  • 1 medium sized onion chopped
  • 2 green chilli chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 4 tsp finely chopped carrots
  • 3 tsp tomato sauce

How to make Sauteed Moong

  1. take a kadai. Add oil. when oil gets heated, add chopped onion, chopped carrot ,chilli, peanuts and salt.
  2. Saute for a minute and then add sprouts
  3. Stir again for a min, add sauce and serve
