Gobhi Pakoda

Ingredients to make Gobhi Pakoda

  • 1 medium cauliflower
  • 2 medium onions
  • A small bunch fresh methi leaves
  • 1 small potato
  • 1 cup besan
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • A pinch of Soda
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp carrom seeds
  • 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
  • salt to taste
  • oil to fry.

How to make Gobhi Pakoda

  1. Cut all the vegetables into small pieces, cauliflower, onion, methi , potato.
  2. Add besan and all dry spices and salt to it. Make a batter using water.
  3. Take small portions of the batter and deep fry in oil till light golden color.
  4. Drain on absorbent paper and press the pakodas into tikki shape.
  5. Fry them again on medium flame till crisp and golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with your favourite tomato sauce/ chutney.
