Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Gram flour a cup
  2. Spinach leaves washed and chopped 10
  3. Garlic ginger green chilli paste a tbs
  4. red Chilli powder 1 tbs
  5. salt as desired
  6. Oil for frying.
  7. Onion 2 small chopped.

Instructions

  1. Make a paste of gram flour with water of bhajiya like consistency
  2. Add chopped spinach onion ginger garlic chilli paste.and red chilli powder and salt.
  3. Mix it very nicely.
  4. Heat oil and make badas little bigger in size like aloobadas .
  5. First fry them little then take it out when it cool up flat it with the help of katori
  6. Again fry them till golden brown on both sides.
  7. Enjoy with green/tamarind chutney
