Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Spinach -1 cup
  2. Toor dal -1/2 cup
  3. Chana dal -1/2 cup
  4. Chilli powder-1 teaspoon
  5. Hing - 2 pinch
  6. curry leaves -5
  7. Onion -1(chopped)
  8. Oil for fry
  9. Salt as per your taste buds

Instructions

  1. Soak toor Dal and chana Dal for 1 hour
  2. Grind it without water(don't grind it finely)
  3. Add onion, curry leaves, chilly powder, salt, hing and chopped spinach
  4. Knead it well
  5. Make it small balls and shape it
  6. Deep fry it in medium flame
  7. Enjoy the crispy healthy spinach vada with coconut chutney
