Ingredients to make Chole Bature

  • all purpose flour 2cups
  • water as needed to knead flour
  • salt to taste
  • oil for deep friying
  • boiled chole 1 cup
  • onions 2 (chopped)
  • tomato 1 (chopped)
  • Green chilli 1 (chopped)
  • chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  • coriander Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Gram masala 1/4 tsp
  • jeera powder 1/2 tsp

How to make Chole Bature

  1. Make a dough with all-purpose flour and salt. The dough should be hard. Cover and keep aside.
  2. To prepare chole, saute onion tomatoes and chilly till golden brown. Add all the spices and let it simmer. add water Add boiled chole cover it.
  3. Roll the dough and shape it like bature deep fry in hot oil
  4. Serve bhature with chole
