It has all husked lentils with rice.it has onion and methi leaves. A very healthy dosa recipe

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Mixed lentils 1 cup (Chana dal,udad dal ,masoor dal,moong dal all husked with skin) or get mixed daal packet from the store
  2. 1 cup rice
  3. 2 red chillies
  4. Salt to taste
  5. curry leaves
  6. Coriander leaves
  7. 1 onion shredded
  8. 1 bunch fresh methi leaves
  9. oil

Instructions

  1. Soak the dals and rice for an hour
  2. Grind them along with salt and red chillies
  3. Keep for an hour or two or can use directly
  4. Add,onion ,coriander leaves,methi leaves and curry leaves.
  5. Make thick dosas adding oil
  6. Serve with chutney or curry or raita
