Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chana dal 1 cup
  2. Methi saag 2 cup
  3. Cauliflower florets 1 cup
  4. Panch phoran 1 tsp
  5. Tomatoes diced 1/2 cup
  6. Kasuri methi 1 tsp
  7. Garam masala 2 tsp
  8. Hing 1 tsp
  9. Ghee 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook chana dal for 20 mins and keep it aside
  2. Now shallow fry the cauliflower florets with a pinch of turmeric and salt
  3. Blanch methi leaves , shallow fry it and keep it aside
  4. Now heat oil and ghee in a pan. Add panch phoran and saute for 2 minutes.
  5. Add diced tomatoes and saute until tender. Add hing and kasuri methi. Mix well.
  6. Add boiled chana dal. Stir continuously. Now add methi leaves. Simmer and cook for 20 mins.
  7. Serve warm with rice
