Steamed Bhapori

Ingredients to make Steamed Bhapori

  • chana Daal 2 cups (soaked overnight)
  • Green chilli 8 -10
  • onion 1
  • haldi powder 1tsp
  • salt to taste
  • cumin seeds 1tsp
  • spinach 1 cup (chopped)
  • Dill leaves 2 tbsp (chopped )
  • coriander 2 tbsp (chopped)

How to make Steamed Bhapori

  1. Grind daal finely with less amount of water
  2. Grind onion and chillies together
  3. Whip Chana Daal with hand till it becomes light
  4. Add grounded paste and all the other ingredients
  5. Add spinach ,dill and coriander leaves
  6. Mix properly
  7. Steam in a steamer for 10 minutes till toothpick inserted comes out clean

My Tip:

Instead of spinach I add bathua, cabbage, or grated carrot too. It taste delicious You can also make it with moong daal Good for diabetic patients
