Steamed Chana Dal balls with loads of spinach

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chana Daal 2 cups (soaked overnight)
  2. Green chilli 8 -10
  3. Onion 1
  4. Haldi powder 1tsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Cumin seeds 1tsp
  7. Spinach 1 cup (chopped)
  8. Dill leaves 2 tbsp (chopped )
  9. Coriander 2 tbsp (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Grind daal finely with less amount of water
  2. Grind onion and chillies together
  3. Whip Chana Daal with hand till it becomes light
  4. Add grounded paste and all the other ingredients
  5. Add spinach ,dill and coriander leaves
  6. Mix properly
  7. Steam in a steamer for 10 minutes till toothpick inserted comes out clean
