Christmas theme cake. Flavours of pineapple and lots of nuts and tutti-frutti . Simply soft, yummy and tasty cake.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Dry Ingredients -
  2. 1cup refined flour
  3. 1cup milk powder
  4. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  5. 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  6. Wet ingredients -
  7. 1/2 cup Cream
  8. 1 cup sugar
  9. 1/2 cup Milk
  10. 1tsp pineapple essence
  11. 1/2 tsp yellow food color
  12. 1/2cup tutti-frutti
  13. 1 handful almonds
  14. 2 tbsp butter
  15. 1tbsp powder sugar
  16. Santa toy or one made from Sugar paste

Instructions

  1. Take a mixing bowl and add all dry ingredients and mix well.
  2. Take another mixing bowl and add all wet ingredients. Beat well for two minutes. No need to beat more. Just mix everything properly.
  3. Now add dry ingredients into wet mixture. Mix well
  4. Grease the cake mould. And preheat the oven at 180 degrees C
  5. Now sprinkle refined flour on tutti-frutti and mix well. Add tutti-frutti in cake mixture. Mix well.
  6. Now arrange the almonds on the bottom of cake the mould .heat the butter and pour over it. And sprinkle powdered sugar.
  7. Now pour cake mixture. And bake it for 25 minutes in convection microwave. Or for 35 minutes in an oven
  8. Once the cake is baked. Remove from the oven and remove from the mould after 5 minutes, Now decorate with Santa toy.
  9. You may also use desiccated coconut to decorate. Slice and serve
