Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Maida one and half cup
  2. curd 1 cup
  3. baking powder 1 tsp
  4. baking soda half tsp
  5. olive oil 4 tsp
  6. vanilla essence 1 tsp
  7. sugar one cup
  8. tutti frutti colourful half cup
  9. salt 1/4 tsp
  10. yellow colour 1/2 tsp


  1. Sieve baking powder, Maida, baking soda and salt and keep aside.
  2. Add 1 cup of sugar in this.
  3. Dust your tutti fruity with 1 tsp in maida.
  4. In another bowl whisk curd nicely.
  5. Add olive oil and essence.
  6. Add Maida mixture in curd better slowly slowly.
  7. Add tutti frutti and colour.
  8. Greased 9 inch tires and pour batter.
  9. Bake it for 30 to 35 minutes in preheated oven at 180 degree.
  10. Tutti frutty eggless cake is ready.
