Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. 1 cup yoghurt
  4. 1/2 cup butter melted
  5. 1, 1/4 tsp baking powder
  6. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  7. 1 tsp ice cream essence
  8. Pinch of salt
  9. 1/2 cup colour ful Tutti Futti
  10. 1/2 cup crushed walnuts
  11. 1 tsp oil for greasing


  1. In a bowl take flour ,nuts and tutti frutti and mix well.
  2. In a big bowl take youghrt and sugar whisk it gently so becomes smooth, now add baking powder and baking soda mix gently and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven 180 degree C for 15 minutes, grease baking pan.
  4. After 5 minutes in a curd mixture add ice cream essence,salt and butter.
  5. Mix gently and add tutti futti mix flour,and mix nicely there are no any lumps.
  6. The mixture should not lose its air particles. Pour this batter into greased loft tin,tap slightly to level and to release air gaps.
  7. Bake it at 180 degree C for 30 to 40 minutes .If the top crust becomes golden brown and a tester come out clean the cake is done. Cool down and Serve with tea or coffee and enjoy
