ABOUT Sinful Chocolate Cake RECIPE

This is an egglessCake with a gooey texture and the melted chocolate on the top. It is just Sinful!

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup all purpose flour
  2. 1/2 cup caster sugar
  3. 60 grams salted butter
  4. 3 tsp cocoa powder
  5. 1 tsp baking powder
  6. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  7. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  8. 2 tsp milk.
  9. For icing-
  10. 70 grams chocolate bar
  11. 2 tsp milk
  12. Choco chips for garnishing
  13. White grated chocolate for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Firs,t take a bowl add butter (at room temp) and whisk it for 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Add sugar
  3. Beat it with a beater or a hand held whisk
  4. Now take another bowl add all purpose flour,baking soda and baking powder and sieve it at least 3 times and then mix it with a spatula.
  5. Now add cocoa powder in the dry sieved mix.
  6. Add dry ingredients to butter mix
  7. With the help of a beater beat it by adding milk in the batter for just 10 to 12 minutes(just add the milk gradually, so that it should not become runny)
  8. Now Preheat the oven at 160 degree C for 10 minutes
  9. Take your aluminium tin and grease with little oil or butter and place a butter paper by covering the base and sides of the tin and then again grease the butter paper.
  10. Now pour your chocolate batter in the tin and bake and place it on the center shelf at 160 degree C for 35 minutes.
  11. After 35 minutes, check your cake by inserting a toothpick in the center, if it comes out clean ,then your cake is ready,if not then again bake it for 5 to 7 minutes.(Temperature varies from oven to oven)
  12. In the mean time take your chocolate bar and melt it by double boiling method by or you can just microwave it for few seconds or 1 to minutes .
  13. In the melted chocolate just add 2 tsp of milk it will give a good consistency .
  14. Now take the tin out from the oven and do not take the cake out from the tin for at least 10 minutes.
  15. Then gently run a knife around the edge and turn the cake out remove the butter paper and keep it on a wire rack.
  16. For the icing , spread the melted chocolate on the top of the cooled cake and garnish it with choco chips and grated white chocolate
  17. Slice and serve
