Spinach Cheese Rolls

Ingredients to make Spinach Cheese Rolls

  • Small bunch of spinach
  • Grated mozzarella cheese-1/2 cup
  • cornflour-1tsp
  • salt -1/2 tsp
  • Grated garlic-2 cloves
  • red chilli flakes-1tsp
  • Chopped onion-1small
  • Bread crumbs-1/2cup
  • oil for frying

How to make Spinach Cheese Rolls

  1. Wash spinach leaves in cold water.
  2. Microwave spinach leaves for 1 minute.
  3. Make a puree of spinach in a grinder.
  4. Add Cornflour,garlic and salt to the puree.
  5. Now add bread crumbs.
  6. Make a dough. If dough is watery,add more bread crumbs.
  7. Grate mozzarella cheese.
  8. Add chilli flakes and chopped onions to the cheese.
  9. Make balls of cheese.
  10. Now grease your hand.
  11. Take a ball of spinach dough.
  12. Flatten the dough and put one cheese ball on it.
  13. Make all balls like this.
  14. Seal it carefully.
  15. Now again grease your hand and roll the balls again.
  16. Take a kadai and heat oil.
  17. Put balls slowly one by one for frying.
  18. Fry all balls and take them out on an absorbent paper.
  19. Serve the spinach cheese balls with green chutney or ketchup.
  20. Enjoy these cheesy balls.

My Tip:

Seal all the balls properly otherwise cheese will come out while frying.
