Chedder Spinach Rolls

Ingredients to make Chedder Spinach Rolls

  • 12 -15 Fresh crisp spinach leaves
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crumbled fresh paneer
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Paprika powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • green chillies (optional)
  • oil to shallow fry
  • Bread crumbs

How to make Chedder Spinach Rolls

  1. Boil water in a wide pan.
  2. Cut stems of spinach, wash, keep aside in a flat tray.
  3. Drop Spinach leaves one by one, few at one time in boiling water and keep for few seconds.
  4. Remove each carefully open on the flat tray again.
  5. Repeat to as many spinach leaves as you use.
  6. Take Grated Cheddar cheese and the paneer crumbled mix.
  7. Season the paneer cheddar with the Paprika, Pepper, Salt, Oregano and some coriander.
  8. Now make croquettes. Start placing in centre of each blanched spinach leaves.
  9. Close leaves as shown in display Picture on croquettes.
  10. Beat Two eggs well in a wide bowl to dip the spinach rolls well.
  11. Now heat oil to shallow fry the roll.
  12. Roll these spinach Roll in the bread crumb mix and shallow fry lightly
  13. Remove, garnish with processed Mozerrella or Amul cheese
  14. Serve with sauces of choice
