ABOUT Spinach Rolls RECIPE

Spinach leaves is rolled with spiced boiled potatoes and dip in besan slurry and fried

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 bunch spinach leaves
  2. 8 boiled potatoes
  3. 1 tsp jeera powder
  4. 1 tsp red chili flakes
  5. 1 tsp amchur powder
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. 1 tsp dhaniya powder
  8. 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  9. 1 cup besan slurry

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mash potatoes, add jeera powder,red chili flakes , amchur powder, salt , dhaniya powder and coriander leaves , mix well
  2. Place 4 leaves in a line and add small amount of potato mixture towards on first leaf leaving gap at edges
  3. Roll the leaves , apply water and seal edges
  4. Mix salt to besan slurry. Dip the roll in the slurry
  5. Deep fry the rolls until golden brown
  6. Serve hot with sauce/ketchup
