ABOUT Chicken spinach roll RECIPE

Spinach coated in spices, stuffed in chicken fillet, this is the best way to feed spinach to your kids.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 boneless pieces chicken fillet (thick and long)
  2. 1 tsp olive oil
  3. 1 tsp crushed garlic
  4. 2 tsp chillies flakes
  5. 1 tsp Pizza Seasoning
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 10 spinach leaves
  8. Oil 2 tsp to shallow fry


  1. In a bowl add all seasoning with salt and mix.
  2. Brush the seasoning on chicken fillet on both the sides.
  3. Put the spinach leaves in center of the fillet and sprinkle salt on it.
  4. Roll the chicken and tie thread on it.
  5. Put in fridge for 10 min.
  6. Grease oil in pan and once heated put the chicken roll on it.
  7. Let it cook from both sides.
  8. Once cooked remove in plate and remove the thread.
  9. Serve with salad.
