Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boneless chicken 200 gm
  2. chopped spinach 1/2 cup
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  4. green chilli 4 to 6
  5. Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  6. Mint leaves 1/4 bunch
  7. Coconut 1/8
  8. Poppy seed 1/2 tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Bread crumbs for coating
  11. Oil 3 tbsp


  1. Dry roast poppy seed and coconut.
  2. In a grinder take chicken, mint leaves, coriander leaves, salt, Ginger garlic paste, roasted poppy seed and coconut,green chilly .
  3. Grind to a fine paste.
  4. Keep marinated for 1 hour.
  5. Take oil on your palm and make round flatten kebabs.
  6. Keep refrigerated for 1 hour again.
  7. Heat oil in non stick pan, coat kebabs in bread crumbs and coat again with chopped spinach and shallow fry till done.
