Ingredients to make Eggless Plum Cake

  • refined flour 1 1/3 cup
  • sugar- 1/2 cup
  • curd - 1/2 cup
  • sugar caramel syrup- 1/2 cup
  • baking soda-1 1/2 tsp
  • cocoa - 1/3 cup
  • mixed spice powder-1 tsp
  • mixed dry fruit and mixed peel- 2/3 cup

How to make Eggless Plum Cake

  1. Sift flour with baking soda and cocoa
  2. preheat oven to 180 degrees C
  3. lightly beat the curd
  4. add sugar and caramel syrup
  5. fold in the flour with the mixed fruits
  6. pour in a greased tin and bake for 45-50 minutes
  7. check with the toothpick. It it comes out clean, it is done
  8. cool on the wire rack. Slice when cold
