Glass Pudding

Ingredients to make Glass Pudding

  • Jelly - in different colors
  • Condensed milk - 1 can
  • Milk- same quantity as condensed milk
  • Gelatine - 2 tbsp

How to make Glass Pudding

  1. Make the jellies with only half the quantity of required water and refrigerate.
  2. When the jellies have set, soak gelatine in half cup water and leave aside for about 15 minutes
  3. Then take condensed milk and milk in a pan and heat on low flame.
  4. When it starts to get a boil, add the bloomed gelatine. Stir so that the gelatine gets dissolved. Put off the flame. Keep to cool.
  5. Take the jellies and cut into small cubes. Put into a pudding mould. When the condensed milk mixture has cooled to room temperature, pour over the jellies.
  6. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours and serve chilled.

My Tip:

Jelly has to be hard and not wobbly, or it will melt after adding the milk mixture. Use as many colors as you can find.
