Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. White bread 6 slices ,cut in to cubes .
  2. oil 2 tbsp
  3. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  4. Onion 1/2 cup
  5. Peas 2 tbsp
  6. Chopped green chilli 2 tbsp
  7. Chopped capsicum 1/4 tbsp
  8. Chopped carrot 1/4 tbsp
  9. Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
  10. Chopped tomatoes 3/4 tbsp
  11. A pinch of garam masala
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  14. Garnish with mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a broad non stick pan and add the mustard seeds .
  2. When the seeds crackle ,add the onion and green chillies ,carrot and saute on a medium flame for 2 min.
  3. Add the capsicum and saute on a medium flame for 2 min.
  4. Add the bread peices ,salt and garam masala mix well ,and cook on a medium flame for 2 min. While stirring occasionally
  5. Switch off the flame , add the lemon juice and mix well.
  6. Garnish with mint leaves.
  7. Serve hot .
