ABOUT Double Chocolate Bundt Cake RECIPE

Chocolate loaded gooey cake calls for an amazing weekend treat. Topped with rich ganache and some yummy sprinklers, this is sure to steal the show.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Cocoa powder 1/2 cup (50gm)
  2. All purpose flour 1 1/2 cups (180gm)
  3. Powdered sugar 3/4th cup (110gm).
  4. Canola oil 1/2 cup or any brand cooking oil.
  5. Vanilla essence a tsp
  6. Eggs 3 large
  7. Baking powder a tsp
  8. Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  9. Buttermilk a cup or milk
  10. Ganache for the topping and some sprinklers.
  11. For the ganache- cocoa powder 4 tbsp
  12. Milk a cup
  13. Caster sugar 3/4 th cup or
  14. If not using caster sugar, take 2 tbsp of cornflour
  15. Butter 4 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Combine all the dry ingredients well.
  2. Whisk the eggs and the oil along with sugar until creamy.
  3. Fold in the dry ingredients slowly in the wet mix until you use up the whole of it.
  4. Bake it in a preheated oven on 180° for 30 mins.
  5. For the ganache just combine all and keep stirring it on low flame to medium flame until you get the desired thickness.
  6. Decorate your cake with the silky smooth ganache and chocolate sprinklers.
  7. Top it up with chocolate sprinklers.
