ABOUT Avocado Hummus RECIPE

Avocado is one of the healthiest greens available to loose weight. Low on carbohydrates, and soluble fiber. try this Avocado and Chick Pea combo, full of good fat and protein

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup boiled chickpeas
  2. 1 fully ripe avocado
  3. 2 pods of garlic
  4. Sea Salt, to taste
  5. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  6. 1/2 tbsp Curd
  7. 1 green chilly, finely chopped
  8. Chilly flakes to garnish

Instructions

  1. Soak chickpeas at home for 12 hrs and pressure cook for 2 whistles/microwave for 25 mins
  2. Take all the ingredients and blend into a fine paste.
  3. Make sure to add adequate lemon juice to keep the color fresh.
  4. Garnish with Chilly Flakes
  5. You can refrigerate this dip for almost a week.
  6. Add an avocado seed in the mixture to avoid discolouring
