ABOUT Stir Fried Green Gram RECIPE

Also known as mung bean , this contains a high amount of fibre . It helps with weight control , lowers blood pressure , lean source of protein and a non meat source of iron .

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup green gram ; preferably soaked overnight or for atleast 4-5 hours.
  2. 1 tsp oil
  3. 1 tsp mustard seeds (optional)
  4. 1 tsp chilli flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak your green gram , preferably overnight or atleast for about 4-5 hours .
  2. In a pan , heat about a tsp of oil . To this add in your mustard seeds and chilli flakes if desired .
  3. Finally , add in the soaked gram and stir till done .
